TIER 1 - PLAN CREATION

(Pricing starts at $1,500 and is dependent on sf and overall project scope)

• Create a home plan set that meets all current local and state IRC building codes
• Takes into account home owners design wishes when creating the home floor plan
• Purchasing a home and have some structural concerns? I can come out and give you a professional opinion on if it is an issue you should fix for the safety of your home
• If the customized route is a bit too expensive, check out Tier 5, our premade home plan option!

TIER 2 - PLAN CREATION PLUS SOME INTERIOR DESIGN

(Pricing starts at $2,500 and is dependent on sf and overall project scope)

• Includes all of Tier 1 plus the following
• We will help you select cabinet colors, hardware choices, sink faucets and more to keep your home feeling cohesive
• All wall colors, any accent room colors, if you want to incorporate wallpaper - we will help you navigate the immense selection and curate your home!
• We have more time allotted to the function and flow of your home so making sure all the door swings make the most sense, making sure cabinetry is fully utilized and more - like helping create a unique laundry room or pantry!
  

TIER 3 - PLAN CREATION, INTERIOR DESIGN, AND EXTERIOR PLANNING

(Pricing starts at $4,000 and is dependent on sf and overall project scope)

• Includes all of Tier 1 and 2 plus the following
• Help create exterior moments that set a home apart like addition of a covered porch
• Will help lay out the landscaping to create a unique home feeling
  

Tier 4 - Plan Creation, Interior Design, Exterior Planning and Full Furnishing Planning

(Pricing starts at $6,000 and is dependent on sf and overall project scope)

• Includes all of Tier 1, 2 and 3 plus the following
• We have connections with different furniture suppliers so we can assist with furniture layout and procurements at a discounted price
• Ensure when you walk into your home it feels like a fully customized home to your needs from the design all the way through shelving décor.
  

Tier 5 - Premade Home Plan Purchase + Modifications if Needed

• You can purchase the plan for $1,100 as is without any modifications
• If you purchase the plan and want some slight modifications to the floor plan we will do the house plan plus an hourly rate depending on the number of changes you would like
• Reach out with your home requirements (such as 3 bed 2 bath) and I will give you an idea of what that looks like
