Structural Engineering Design

• Provide structural stamped and signed drawings in the states of Minnesota or Wisconsin
• Submit calculations if required by the municipality
• Submit for required project permits
• Attend any onsite meetings that are required by the general contractor
• Coordinate with other design team members as required for the project

Owners Representation

• Assist owner through the construction project to ensure their vision is being executed to a high quality standard
• Help create an owners program to ensure the end product functions as the owner intends it to
• Ensure the construction project is staying on schedule and budget
• Will attend on site meetings, review construction documents, hire testing agencies as required
